Collection of wedding decor to be transported to venue and set-up by our team. 

+ The main contact person for your wedding party, guests, and vendors. 

+ Ensure vendors arrive promptly and ceremony + reception areas are executed correctly. 

+ Oversee and assist with the the overall layout and styling of rentals, furniture, linens, table design etc.

+ Confirm proper placement and styling of wedding decor such as seating chart, table numbers, florals, candles, signage, etc. 

+ Up to 12 hours of on-site day of wedding management.

+ Designate all your gifts and personal belongings to a safe area at the end of the evening.

+ If required a final walk through with venue manager to make sure space is left to their standards.

+ One meeting prior to wedding to get the scope of your vision and gather all the necessary details to execute your schedule of events.

+Frequent communication starting 6 weeks prior to wedding date.

+ Configure and finalize an itinerary for your wedding to run smoothly.

+ Second meeting to visit the venue and discuss the layout and setup of the ceremony, cocktail + reception area. 

+ Call all necessary vendors at least two weeks prior to your wedding, to confirm arrival/departure times, finalize timeline + layout.

+ Gather all necessary forms requested from your venue such as; vendor insurance, fire permit, house rules.

+ The week of the wedding attend the rehearsal, where we will guide and clarify the wedding party roles for your ceremony + reception.

From choosing your final vendors and design selections and everything in between.
