SERVICES
WEDDING MANAGEMENT
A great option for the couple that has completed a majority of their wedding planning, but realize that they would love to enjoy their wedding day without having to worry about all of the details. As your wedding team, we will oversee all of those details you have worked countless hours on, in order to make sure your wedding is executed just the way you envisioned it. It is our top priority to give you and your guest a stress-free and enjoyable One Darling Day.
+ Collection of wedding decor to be transported to venue and set-up by our team.
+ The main contact person for your wedding party, guests, and vendors.
+ Ensure vendors arrive promptly and ceremony + reception areas are executed correctly.
+ Oversee and assist with the the overall layout and styling of rentals, furniture, linens, table design etc.
+ Confirm proper placement and styling of wedding decor such as seating chart, table numbers, florals, candles, signage, etc.
+ Up to 12 hours of on-site day of wedding management.
+ Designate all your gifts and personal belongings to a safe area at the end of the evening.
+ If required a final walk through with venue manager to make sure space is left to their standards.

+ One meeting prior to wedding to get the scope of your vision and gather all the necessary details to execute your schedule of events.
+Frequent communication starting 6 weeks prior to wedding date.
+ Configure and finalize an itinerary for your wedding to run smoothly.
+ Second meeting to visit the venue and discuss the layout and setup of the ceremony, cocktail + reception area.
+ Call all necessary vendors at least two weeks prior to your wedding, to confirm arrival/departure times, finalize timeline + layout.
+ Gather all necessary forms requested from your venue such as; vendor insurance, fire permit, house rules.
+ The week of the wedding attend the rehearsal, where we will guide and clarify the wedding party roles for your ceremony + reception.
Partial Planning
Our most popular package, a perfect fit for the couple that has secured their venue but would love to collaborate with a planner on making the next key decisions. From choosing your final vendors and design selections and everything in between. We will be the ones guiding you along the process, making sure the best decisions are being made for your specific wedding needs and overall vision.
All of the Petit Package plus:
+ Two extra prep + planning meetings.
+ Final vendor recommendations.
+ Consistent communication throughout the planning process.
+ Design one mood board with custom color palette + overall design aesthetic.
+ Sourcing + assistance in final design decisions.
+ Create event layout for ceremony + reception areas.
+ Manage all rental orders to ensure correct quantities and equipment are ordered for design + event layout.
+ Oversee the hiring of service staff to confirm adequate coverage for entirety of event.

We are in this from the beginning and honestly, we prefer it that way. You might have your eye on a venue or two or three and we are here to help you make that decision and all the other ones that surely will be coming your way. We will be in the ones in driver seat along with a stellar full-service wedding team, dedicated to creating and executing a joyous and unique experience for you and your guest.
