ABOUT: THE KIM SING THEATRE, once a kung-fu movie house in the 1960s, has reopened their doors for the first time in 17 years. The first major remodel was done in 1999 and since then has been turned into a multi dimension space that offers an indoor courtyard, full kitchen and living quarters while still preserving the charm of the theater.
Outdoor patio can be transformed into Ceremony + Cocktail Hour.

BONUS #2 -- A fun street-facing storefront accessible from the main courtyard that can be rented separately for a VIP entrance, lounge, bar, or dessert space. (Let your imagination run wild.)
THINGS TO CONSIDER:
Located at a busy intersection
Additional rentals needed, such as ceremony chairs and reception tables
No onsite parking. A lot nearby has cheap self-parking. Other public lots available for purchase, valet recommended.
Switching space from ceremony to reception could be tricky depending on guest count
No commercial kitchen (they do have residential kitchen)
ESTIMATED PRICE FOR FULL WEDDING w/ 100 GUESTS: $25k+
FUN FACT: Katy Perry completely overhauled the space in 2017 for her Witness Tour Livestream Event. She added the loft yurt and sunken lounge area (the latter will be removed by the Kim Sing Theatre in 2019 to make space for more seated guests).
